【摘要】:Thistestmethodisdesignedtosimulatethegeometryandmotionsthatareexperiencedinmanytypesofrubbingcomponentswhosenormaloperationresultsinperiodicreversalsinthedirectionofrelativesliding.Thewearresultingfromthismodeofmovementmaydifferfromthatexperiencedbythesamematerialsslidingcontinuouslyinonlyonedirection(unidirectionalsliding)evenforcomparabledurationsofcontact.Testloadsandspeedsaretobedeterminedbytheseverityoftheproposedapplicationorpurposeofthetesting.Eitheroftwosetsoftestingconditions(designatedProceduresAandB)maybeused.1.1Thistestmethodcoverslaboratoryproceduresfordeterminingtheslidingwearofceramics,metals,andothercandidatewear-resistantmaterialsusingalinear,reciprocatingball-on-flatplanegeometry.Thedirectionoftherelativemotionbetweenslidingsurfacesreversesinaperiodicfashionsuchthattheslidingoccursbackandforthandinastraightline.Theprincipalquantitiesofinterestarethewearvolumesofthecontactingballandflatspecimenmaterials;however,thecoefficientofkineticfrictionmayalsobemeasuredusingthemethoddescribed.Thistestmethodencompassesbothunlubricatedandlubricatedtestingprocedures.Thescopeofthistestmethoddoesnotincludetestingincorrosiveorchemicallyaggressiveenvironments.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

本部分适用于含量的体积分数为0.2×10-9~20×10-6的气体中水分的测定。不适用于硅烷等遇光照易分解及含有对水的吸收光谱有干扰的组分的气体中水分的测定。
