【摘要】:ProductdefinitionThisspecificationcontainstheinitial,startoflifedimensional,optical,mechanicalandenvironmentalrequirementsaunconnectorisedorconnectorised100/200GHzDWDMmodulehastofulfillinordertobecharacterisedasanENstandardproduct.Sincedifferentvariantsarepermitted,product-markingdetailsaregivenin2.5.ThewavelengthgridshallbeaccordingITURecommendationG671(seeAnnexB).InterchangeabilityEnvironmentalperformancerequirementswhichDWDMmoduleterminatedonsinglemodefibreB1.1withoutconnectorsshallmeetinordertobecategorisedasanENstandardproduct.Themoduleistobeplacedinanenclosuretoprotectitfromaccidentalpullingforces.Allproductsconformingtotherequirementsofthisspecificationwhichmeetthetransmissionanddimensionalrequirementswillbeinterchangeable.Thiswillbeensuredindependentlyofthemanufacturingsource(s)ofthemodules.OperatingenvironmentThetestsselectedcombinedwiththeseveritiesanddurationsarerepresentativeofacontrolledenvironmenttypically,butnotlimitedto,thatdefinedasinEN61753-051-3andIECCategoryC.ReliabilityWhilsttheanticipatedservicelifeexpectancyoftheproductinthisenvironmentis20years,compliancewiththisspecificationdoesnotguaranteethereliabilityoftheproduct.Thisshouldbepredictedusingarecognisedreliabilityassessmentprogramme.QualityassuranceCompliancewiththisspecificationdoesnotguaranteethemanufacturingconsistencyoftheproduct.Thisshouldbemaintainedusingarecognisedqualityassuranceprogramme.
