【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfourmethodsfortheisolationofdrypolymerfromsyntheticpolymerlaticescon-taininganionicsurfactants,forthepurposeofsubsequenttesting.Teststhatmaybeperformedincludethedetermi-nationoftheMooneyviscosity,thebound-styreneoracrylonitrilecontentinthepolymerchainorthemillshrinkage.Becauseofthewidevarietyofsurfactantsandstabilizersthatareusedinthemanufactureofsyntheticrubberlatices,noonemethodissuitableforalllatices.ThemethodsgiveninthisInternationalStandardaresuitableforawidevarietyoflatices,buttheirapplicabilityshouldbeconfirmedforindividualtypes.Laticescontainingnon-ionicstabiliz-ers,inparticular,mayberesistanttocoagulation.Thesemethodsarenotnecessarilysuitable,withoutmodification,forlaticescontainingpolymershavinghightack.Itshouldbenotedthatthedrypolymerasisolatedmaycontainresidualorganicacidsortheiraluminiumsaltswhichmayaffectthepropertiesofthepolymer.Thisshouldbetakenintoaccountwhenperforminganalyticaltests.
