【摘要】:ThispartofISO16612definesthePDF/VTdocumentformatandmethodstoenablereliabledocumentexchangeforvariabledataandtransactional(VT)printing.ItusesthePortableDocumentFormat(PDF)Version1.6,asrestrictedbyPDF/X-4andPDF/X-5,fortherepresentationofsuchdocuments.Itallowsthespecificationofdocumentstructureandlayout,contentdata,andinteractionofgraphicalobjectsinagraphicsmodelthatsupportstransparencyandbothdevice-dependentanddevice-independentcolourspaces.AllelementsareeitherincludedorprovisionismadeforuniqueidentificationofexternallysuppliedgraphicalcontentorICCprofiles.PDF/VTisdesignedtoenablevariabledataandtransactionalprintinginavarietyofenvironmentsfromdesktopprinterstodigitalproductionpresses.Thisincludeshybridworkflowsinvolvingbothconventionalanddigitalprinting.ThispartofISO16612doesnotprovideforthespecificationandencodingofproductionanddevicecontrolinformationbutisconstructedtoenableitsusewiththeCIP4JobDocumentFormat(JDF)orsimilarjobticketformats.
