【摘要】:Thepracticedescribesaprocedureforseparatingrecycledplasticsbasedontheircolor(forexample,greenversuscolorless)andaprocedureforwashingdirty,groundplasticwhichresultsinseparationoflightmaterials(density1.00g/cm).Thispracticeisnotintendedtorepresentgenericwashingproceduresusedintheplasticsrecyclingindustry.Thedescribedproceduresaresolelyforpreparationofplasticsamplesforuseinotheranalyticaltests.Theprocedureincludesaroomtemperaturewashsteptofacilitateseparationofpaper(forexample,labels)followedbywashingatanelevatedtemperature.Note1-Althoughnotpresentedasaquantitativemethod,theprocedurepresentedinthispracticemaybeusedtoprovidequantitativeresults.Theuserassumestheresponsibilitytoverifythereproducibilityofquantitativeresults.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note2-ThereisnoequivalentISOstandard.
