【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthetypeofinformationforuseandmaintenanceofsteelwireropestobeprovidedbytheropemanufacturerortobeincludedinthemanufacturer’shandbookthataccompaniesamachine,pieceofequipmentorinstallationofwhichthesteelwireropeformsapart.Theparticularhazardscoveredbythisdocumentareidentifiedinclause4.ForsteelwireropesconformingtoParts8and9usedoncablewayinstallationsdesignedtocarrypersons,additionalinformationforuseandmaintenanceisgiveninprEN12927-7.Forsteelwireropeslings,specificinformationonuseandmaintenanceisgiveninEN13414-2.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletosteelwireropesmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisdesignedtomeasuretheverticaldistancebetweenanytwolevelsonthefaceoftheflooring,thatis,betweenanytwoflatareas,betweenaflatareaandanypartofatexturedarea,orbetweentwotexturedareas.Thisverticaldistancemaybeofinterestinitselforitmaybeappliedtothequestionsof:(1)howmuchofthethicknessoftheflooringisavailablebeforethepatternisdestroyed;or(2)howdeepthedepressedareasmustbebeforevalleyprintinginkisnotwalkedoninnormaltraffic.1.1Twoimportantcharacteristicsinvolvedinthemanufactureofresilientflooringrelatetothesmoothnessofthewearsurfaceandthehardnessofthelayersunderthewearsurface.Thesurfacesmayvaryfromcompletelytexturedareastoportionsthatareflatbutseparatedbytexturedareas.Thistestmethodcoversflooringwiththeseinterruptedwearsurfaceswhicharenotsupportedbysoft,cushionedlayers.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
