【摘要】:ThispartofISO4628describesamethodsuitable,inparticular,forratingthedegreeofchalkingonwhiteorcolouredexteriorcoatingsandcoatingsystemsonroughsurfaces(i.e.thosehavingaroughnessgreaterthansegment4ofreferencecomparatorGasdescribedinISO8503-1).Thetestmethodspecifiedmayalsobeusedfortheassessmentofthedegreeofchalkingofcoatingsandcoatingsystemsonsmoothsurfaces,butthemethodspecifiedinISO4628-6ispreferableforthispurpose.Thetestmethodisapplicabletocoatingsandcoatingsystemsonmineralsubstrates,e.g.fibrecement,brick,concreteandrenderings,independentofthestructureofthesurface.Themethodcanbeusedquiteeffectivelybyexperiencedoperatorsandisrecommendedforlaboratoryuseaswellasforon-siteevaluation.NOTE1Whenareferencetothistestmethodisincludedinspecifications,thetestconditions(i.e.weatheringmethodandsubstrate)shouldbeagreedbetweentheinterestedparties.NOTE2ThemethoddescribedinthispartofISO4628isarelativerankingmethodandisthereforenotsuitableforuseinagreementsbetweenparties.See,however,theNotetoTable1.ISO4628-1definesthesystemusedfordesignatingthequantityandsizeofdefectsandtheintensityofchangesinappearanceofcoatingsandoutlinesthegeneralprinciplesofthesystem.Thissystemisintendedtobeused,inparticular,fordefectscausedbyageingandweathering,andforuniformchangessuchascolourchanges,forexampleyellowing.
